Cleanliness and safety
- Sterilization of the houseboats are a priority.
- Social istancng between houseboat staff and travelers are strictly enforced.
- Tourists are prevented from visiting the Kuttanad Village during the cruise.
- The authorities have permitted houseboats to cruise between 9 am to 5 pm.
- Strict action is taken against houseboat operators that volate the COVID-19 regulations.
- Sectoral magistrates have been assigned by the District Collector to detect lawbreakers at Finishing Point and Pallathuruthy.
- It is mandatory for travellers to show a COVID-19 negative PCR test certificate. Registration can be completed here.
- If the traveler develops COVID-19 symptoms while in Kerala, quarantine is required, and their return would most certainly be delayed, until after they test negative again). Those who are experiencing symptoms should refrain from traveling.
Terms & Condition
- All overseas travelers are required to present their original passports with visas upon arrival.
- All local travelers must present the original of their photo identification proof.
- Full and final payments must be settled three bank working days prior to the Tour's start date.
- At the time of check-in, all guests must provide their voucher / exchange order.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled 15 days before arrival 50% retention charge from the full amount.
- If cancelled between 07 days of arrival 100% retention charge from the full amount
